Booking confirmation
Payment वा booking request पठाएको मात्र आधारमा session confirmed हुँदैन। Confirmation email वा dashboard status प्राप्त भएपछि मात्र appointment निश्चित हुन्छ।
Cancellation
Session भन्दा कम्तीमा 24 घण्टा अघि cancellation वा reschedule request पठाउनुहोस्। ढिलो cancellation वा no-show मा पूर्ण refund नहुन सक्छ।
Counselor cancellation
Counselor वा service पक्षबाट session रद्द भए नयाँ समय वा applicable refund प्रस्ताव गरिनेछ।
Payment gateway fee
Gateway, bank वा currency conversion fee फिर्ता नहुन सक्छ। वास्तविक gateway जोड्दा provider-specific नियम स्पष्ट रूपमा राख्नुहोस्।
Donation
Donation सामान्यतया non-refundable हुन्छ, तर duplicate वा technical error प्रमाणित भए review गर्न सकिन्छ।
